Welcome to Great Plate! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Great Plate mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Great Plate ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Restaurant information, including menus, hours, and prices, is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Please verify details directly with restaurants before visiting.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITEVUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Alexandria, Virginia. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Great Plate regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
